B2C BLOG MANAGEMENT: EXPLORE THE POLAR REGIONS
Working as Quark Expeditions’ content manager, I was responsible for guiding the blog strategy and managing the writing and publishing process, working with freelance writers and editors. Early on, I identified and corrected process inefficiencies, which sped up the review and approvals stage. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, I created a blog strategy that aligned with and answered top customer questions that occurred throughout the sales cycle. And finally, with the production process improved and editorial calendar in place, I worked with the digital team to design and implement a new content tagging strategy and new content publishing platform (Uberflip) to make it easier for customers and prospects to navigate our blog and other resources.
